Description

An experienced Doorperson is required for a newly created position at a brand-new 5-Star Luxury Hotel based in the heart of London W1B West End, Near Mayfair, Soho salary to £25,000 plus service charge and an excellent benefits package.

As this prestigious Hotels Doorperson, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the guests' overall experience ensuring they have a memorable stay by providing a warm welcome upon approval and a fond farewell when they depart.

In your role as the Doorperson, your responsibilities will include assisting guests with their luggage, providing them with valuable information about the Hotel's amenities as well as the enchanting attractions of the surrounding London area.

Desirable Experience

Previous experience as a Doorperson, Luggage Porter or Valet within a similar 4Star or 5Star Luxury Hotel environment.
Excellent customer service skills.
A full UK driving licence will be an advantage
A good knowledge of London (landmarks, restaurants, etc.)
