What we do


We are a global software and professional services company for the financial industry, with offices in the UK, USA, Germany, Brazil, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Bangladesh.

We specialize in working with investment banks to automate the issuance process for structured products.

For layman, a structured product is a financial investment (not unlike a savings account) where the return to the investor depends on the performance of an underlying asset (e.g., a stock or an index).

While structured products tend to offer a higher return than a savings account, they also tend to come with a higher risk.

Therefore, the issuance (i.e., the creation) of a structured product and its offering to investors is highly regulated.

We offer banks automation solutions to make that issuance process simpler.

The core of our automation solution is a document automation tool that facilitates the creation of fact sheets, term sheets and similar documents which describe the products.

We are looking to hire developers and financial experts to work with this core automation solution.


Job Overview

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide technical support for Windows operating systems, specifically Windows 11, and Microsoft 365 Products including Office Suite, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Intune.
  • Assess and understand user needs to specify and configure hardware appropriately, ensuring compatibility and performance optimization.
  • Troubleshoot network issues related to TCP/IP, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Support configuration and maintenance of Windows Server environments.
  • Offer assistance to remote users, ensuring comprehensive support regardless of location.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components, making informed decisions about hardware specifications to meet individual needs.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with security policies. Prioritize and manage multiple issues simultaneously, focusing on resolution and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong familiarity with Windows 11 and indepth knowledge of MS 365 Products, including Office Suite, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Intune.
  • Solid understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
  • Experience in working in a Windows environment and supporting remote users.
  • Proven ability in understanding computer hardware specifications and specifying hardware to meet individual needs.
  • Exceptional problemsolving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MacOS and Linux operating systems, broadening the scope of technical support capabilities.
  • Certifications in Microsoft, CompTIA, or similar IT disciplines
