Role Overview

Your Duties as the Front of House / Concierge will be:

  • To be available to residents at all times, or ensure proper 'signposting' when away from the desk.
  • To personally keep on top of cleaning throughout the night, to maintain the highest standards of communal areas.
  • To personally deal with any maintenance issues and problems identified out of hours, understanding the nature of more serious issues and the proper means to report and resolve them, ensuring they would be resolved within acceptable timescales.
  • Parcel Management: to be responsible for all deliveries to main reception, by receiving, safekeeping and issuing of all parcels/registered mail in line with the company procedure.
  • To provide utility meter reading for all properties as and when required.
  • To give a clear and concise handover at the end of the shift to any followon team members, highlighting any events that have occurred and make followon staff aware of any forthcoming events.
  • To manage car parking to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Key Management: to issue keys only to correct personnel/residents whilst recording the signing in and out of keys in line with the company procedure.
  • To coordinate, instruct and allow access for services to the development, such as for utility companies, refuse collection, deliveries, repairs and maintenance.
  • To complete bin rotation on a regular basis
  • Building Patrols, CCTV Monitoring & Safety Checks.
  • Previous experience high quality front of house/concierge service of a residential property or hospitality environment
  • Cleaning and maintenance experience
  • Customer service experience, including dealing with difficult situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • IT skills to support the use of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as other systems knowledge such as databases or booking systems.
  • A confident lone worker able to handle situations effectively.

Job Types:
Part-time, Freelance

Part-time hours: 12-40 per week


Salary:
From £10.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 12 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Night shift

COVID-19 considerations:


All customers are required to wear a mask and anti bacterial spray will be used to wipe down surfaces, hand sanitizer will be provided and available for regular use.


Experience:


  • Security: 1 year (required)
  • Front of House: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • SIA License (required)
