An opportunity has arisen for someone to join and lead our admin team here in Inverness and we are looking for a PA/EA to join us.


Personal Assistant / EA - The Role:
To provide full administrative support to the Directors and Managers of the firm.


Tasks and Responsibilities:

You'll be able to demonstrate a proactive approach to a varied and interesting workload including:

  • Providing support to the Managing Director and Senior Management Team of the business
  • Managing and directing queries, including those from clients to the appropriate colleagues
  • Meeting organisation and support
  • Handling Client engagement process and assisting with the firms AML compliance procedures
  • Assisting with the firm's client billing
  • Managing the firms Practice Management processes and assisting to implement new systems.
  • Various other administrative duties as required

Personal Assistant / EA - Experience and Knowledge:
You'll also be a great communicator (you'll often be the first point of contact for clients). You'll be confident using Microsoft Office 365 and will have an aptitude to pick up IT systems quickly.

  • Able to multitask assignments and prioritise your workload.
  • Able to communicate effectively and build relationships
  • Resilient under pressure and have the ability to deliver to deadlines.
  • Proactive and enjoy finding solutions to difficult tasks/situations.
  • Confident to work off your own initiative.
  • Hardworking, dedicated and adaptable.
