Skilled Maintenance Handyperson Required

£18 per hour

Self Employed Subcontract basis, but guarantee of 10 hours per week, every week

Own Tools essential

Driving License essential

Use of pool car could be available.

Weekend working not required however very occasional emergency call out. Working 2 days per week.

Based at a city centre letting agent, residential across the city. Reactive maintenance visits to leaks, power breaks, and all kinds of issues.


Experience of:
Plumbing

Painting

Joinery works

Tiling

Minor electrical issues

and most importantly problem solving.
