A tech startup with a fortune 50 corporate partner is massively reducing carbon emissions using ground-breaking tech in the construction industry.

They are looking to add a very strong Senior UX Designer to their team to help them build out the user-centricityof the the company and their products.

What you'll be doing

This company uses IoT and AI technology to increase efficiency substantially in a variety of industries, and this role would be ensuring that the B2B software at the company's core is as effective and user-centric as possible.

You will be working in a growing UX team with a great vision for the future, alongside a Head of UX looking to incorporate user-centric thinking into everything the company does.

You will need to be excited at the prospect of joining a company early in it'sUX maturity journey and supporting with building out the strategy and team.

A strategic, very experienced UX Designer with a T-shaped skillset is required for this role, willing to get involved with research and specialised in the process side of User Experience.

You will be supporting and mentoring other team members, so will needsome leadership skills, and a passion for joining a smaller company with incredible potential.

What experience you'll need to apply:

Excellent UX skills building out user journeys, personas, information architecture, wireframing and prototyping.
Primarily qualitative research skills, happy to support a User Researcher.
Great stakeholder management abilities.
Experience using user insights to shape UX strategy.
Familiarity with WCAG standards.
