Are you an experienced customer service advisor who listens well, understands the needs of customer and can think on their feet to provide the best solutions to issues raised ? If so this could be the opportunity for you Great company to work for with excellent career prospects.

Day to day you will be:

Speaking to business customers over the phone to resolve any issues that may have arisen
Provide solutions to business customers which are mutually agreeable moving forward
Negotiating contract renewals
Update the in house system with any progress

You will be a good listener and have a level of common sense to be able to look at the bigger picture when providing solutions - Salary upto £25000 DOE Monday - Friday
