CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Technical Supervisor to join our growing team in Bradford


The Role

  • Provide leadership, supervision and development of team members
  • Ensure reactive, PPM and extra works jobs are completed on time, and to the CBRE standard
  • Provide technical support for all engineers and leadership team
  • Drive the productivity of engineers to ensure high profile & open jobs are being dealt with accordingly
  • Take ownership of tasks, organising materials/quotations from suppliers
  • Presenting any changes to higher team
  • Be the escalation point for Engineers
A vehicle will be provided for this role as you will be working between different sites in the Bradford area


Hours

  • 8am 5pm
  • Monday to Friday

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Supervisory experience advantageous
  • Knowledge of PPM & Reactive work
  • Confident & strong character
