Clinical Negligence Solicitor is required by this market leading healthcare sector firm to deal with a caseload of defendant clinical negligence work.


Role Overview
This firm is independently recognised as a Tier 1 firm in all areas of healthcare work. In joining this firm you will work alongside leading practitioners dealing with defendant clinical negligence cases.

The firm is seeking a clinical negligence solicitor who can demonstrate:

  • Litigation experience, preferably gained with a leading medical negligence (defendant or claimant) practice. Ideally with exposure to litigated multi track work.
  • Enough technical ability to be able to handle your own caseload and achieve billable hours targets.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a close knit team.
