Express Recruitment are currently recruiting for an established, thriving Leicestershire-based fashion company who are looking to add a Customer Service Team Leader to their ever-expanding team.

Our client is offering a fantastic basic salary of c£27,000. There are great career progression opportunities with this role and training will also be provided.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of order fulfilment advisors
  • Manage suppliers and ensure all orders are being processed with accuracy
  • Handle any escalated complaints regarding deliveries and orders
  • Motivate a team to achieve great success
  • Be the first point of contact for all customers and suppliers

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience mentoring or training staff
  • Prior experience in a call centre/customer focused environment
  • Retail experience advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office to include Excel and SAP essential
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
