Description

As part of a Community Transformation programme, we are working to improve care pathways for those with Complex Emotional Needs (CEN) and Personality Disorder (PD) in East Sussex.

We have secured funding to recruit a band 4 peer specialist with High Weald, Lewes and Havens ATS.

We can offer this as a band 3 developmental role into band 4 if the experience is not yet seen to fulfil the criteria needed.

You will use your skills and lived experience to improve service user experience, promote an understanding of CEN and PD, empower service users to be proactive in their recovery, enhance clinical interventions by providing a unique service user perspective and help bridge the gap between clinicians and service users, secondary and primary care.

It is not essential to be a car driver but there will be an element of travel required and there are rural areas to the geographical area covered.

Currently, interventions are being offered both online and face to face.
