Accounts Payable Executive

Ideally Monday - Friday 30 hours per week to be negotiated

Established in 2017, with locations in the UK and Spain, ALL 4 Logistics provide worldwide logistics

solutions through a global network. Providing a range of freight forwarding services and integrated

warehousing offers. With a combined 30 years of experience in the logistics, sales and customer

service industries, providing multi-modal customer service led logistics solutions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Payable Executive to join our All 4 Logistics Finance

Department due to growth within the company:

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Register supplier invoices on accounting systems
  • Dealing with both GB and Euro invoices
  • Ensure correct authorisation and processing of invoices
  • Deal with invoice and supplier queries
  • Reconcile payments received in
  • Generate customer invoices
  • Supplying statements and chasing of debt from customers
  • Support with mid/month end payment runs and year end accounting
  • Support with VAT & PAYE bills
  • Support with various HR tasks such as Holiday,Payroll and Pension
  • Ordering of stationery
  • Other Adhoc tasks
Skills Required

  • Previous Accounts Payable experience is essential
  • Experience with VAT returns and end of year accounting
  • Must be driven and capable of working to deadlines
  • Must exhibit attention to detail and professionalism
  • Must exhibit good communications skills
  • Must be approachable, courteous and supportive
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to handle stressful situations in a professional and polite manner
  • Able to be on video conferencing daily to liaise between UK and Spanish office

Salary:
From £15,000.00 per year

- purchase ledger: 1 year (preferred)
