About the Role
As a Customer Success Lead, you will play a pivotal role in building out our Customer Success function.

You will create and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they derive maximum value from our platform.

You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals and address their challenges.

The customer success team is at an early stage.

We're looking for a self-starter who would like to build a team from the ground up, putting their stamp on things and taking our business to the next level.


About You

The role is for you if you have:

  • Proven experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably within a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on driving adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention.
  • Great problemsolving skills and the ability to address client concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and usage patterns to inform decisionmaking.
  • Experience with CRM software and customer success tools.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with career coaching or human resources industries is a plus.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

  • Build out what Customer Success at Bloom looks like
  • be responsible for the customer success strategy
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, cultivating strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop a deep understanding of their business objectives and align our product offerings to help them achieve their goals.
  • Onboard new clients, providing guidance on platform features and capabilities to ensure a seamless integration and positive initial experience.
  • Proactively monitor client usage and engagement, identifying opportunities to increase adoption and drive value.
  • Provide regular checkins and progress updates to clients, demonstrating the impact of our platform on their career journeys.
  • Troubleshoot and address any issues or concerns raised by clients, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collect client feedback and insights to contribute to product enhancement and development.
  • Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities within the existing client base and collaborate with sales teams to maximize revenue.
  • Analyze usage data and trends to identify patterns and opportunities for proactive outreach and support.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate clients on best practices and optimize product usage.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and engagements in CRM systems.
