Safehands Healthcare are recruiting a full team of staff to cover our new exciting journey into Gloucestershire.
We provide round-the-clock support packages to support adults and children, who have long term health conditions to live in the comfort and safety of their own home.
The job:
Working 2:1 or 1:1 within the home you will spend your whole shift with one client. Your day will consist of following and fulfilling the care plan.
You will also encourage and support the client with achieving their goals - whether these be completing a university degree, to spend days out with family and friends or watching their favourite series on the TV.
No two days are the sameYou will be supporting a Young Male at home or in the community. He needs 2.1 support as he uses a hoist and electric wheelchair. He has Cerebral Palsy and Asthma.
Your days will consist of spending the day with him in the community or at home doing activities that he would like to do until your shift is over.
The client has their own mobility van so 1 of the support workers on the shift will need to have a drivers licence.

What we need from you:
A minimum of 6 months hands on experience in complex care.
You must be able to commit to your booked shifts each week.
Access to your own car is preferable however not essential.
A can do attitude and passion for providing quality support.
All applicants must hold the right to work in the UK and be able to evidence this prior to employment being offered.
