- Handling daily import operations ( FCL/LCL )
- Prepare and submitting customs entries Via Chief (Knowledge of what required at least)
- Experience with CNS and Destin
- FCL knowledge (Our Inhouse software provider)
- Liaising with clients regarding documents, delivery and charges
- Contacting new clients directly about the business & Existing
- Exploring new opportunities for lanes and activities with clients.
- Addressing customer issues effectively and escalate as necessary, ensuring a resolution or follow up.
- Managing key accounts
- Arranging releases, BOL lodgement and payment of charges
