Kerry Collins Recruitment Ltd is seeking a fulltime Care Co-ordinator to join our growing team of successful consultants.


Providing Temporary and permanent staffing to the West Midlands and surrounding areas, we are wishing to employ a consultant who can increase the growth of the company.


What you will be responsible for -

  • Liaising with our clients to fully understand their recruitment requirements and generating new business leads.
  • Confident in making outgoing and taking incoming calls.
  • Building relationships with clients and potential clients
  • Working closely with the compliance team to ensure geographical recruitment is being achieved
  • Ensure that we fulfil our clients' requirements.
  • To manage and maintain growth

To be successful in this role you will display:

  • Strong administration skills
  • Understand the recruitment industry, particularly temp markets
  • Working with high volume workloads
  • Working with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work under pressure.
