Pay Rate:
£ £12.82

We are looking for a temporary full time Administrator to work Monday

  • Friday 37.5 hours, our client, a fast growing and innovative business based in Carlisle, is looking for an Administrator. This is a role for someone who is organised and has a keen eye for detail. The role will require careful time management, problemsolving skills and thinking independently.

Duties and responsibilities:


  • Proactive outbound calling and communication to customers.
  • Liaising with the Operations department, both officebased staff and service engineers to ensure works are being delivered effectively
  • Data input onto the system
  • Preparation of client quotes and updating relevant trackers

About you:


  • Organised, with attention to detail and being able to think "outside of the box".
  • Selfmotivated, hardworking, and able to use your initiative.
  • Experience in Customer Services
  • Comfortable in handling complaints
