We are looking for a temporary full time Administrator to work Monday
- Friday 37.5 hours, our client, a fast growing and innovative business based in Carlisle, is looking for an Administrator. This is a role for someone who is organised and has a keen eye for detail. The role will require careful time management, problemsolving skills and thinking independently.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Proactive outbound calling and communication to customers.
- Liaising with the Operations department, both officebased staff and service engineers to ensure works are being delivered effectively
- Data input onto the system
- Preparation of client quotes and updating relevant trackers
About you:
- Organised, with attention to detail and being able to think "outside of the box".
- Selfmotivated, hardworking, and able to use your initiative.
- Experience in Customer Services
- Comfortable in handling complaints
