A global Private Equity firm is seeking an experienced Office Manager to ensure the office is running effectively on a day-to-day basis, being the go-to person in the office and working with all departments.


Located in stunning offices in Mayfair, this Office Manager role includes managing a team of business support professionals, implementing and maintaining office administrative systems and procedures, organising events and conferences, processing invoicesand managing budgets, overseeing the interview process for new hires, organising new employees' induction programmes, assisting with HR and Finance functions.

As this is a busy and fast-paced role, you will thrive under pressure and demonstrate a proven trackrecord of managing competing priorities daily.

Skills/Experience required:

  • Minimum 8 years' Office Manager experience within Financial Services
  • The gravitas to lead
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to respond quickly and work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
