Production Supervisor

  • Hands on leadership position within a growing engineering business.
  • The job is based on morning / afternoon rotation.
Varied job opportunity for an experienced Production Supervisor or Manufacturing Team Leader who wants to develop further. You will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring production is running to schedule and performance levels are high. Flexiblilty to work rotating shifts is required for this role


Salary & Package:
c£27,000 to £32, % shift premium. Excellent holidays and wider benefits offered. Hours of work rotate across mornings, afternoons, and nights midweek - details as follows;

  • Morning Shift; Monday to Thursday 6am to 1:35pm, Friday 6am to 12:45pm
  • Afternoon Shift (20% premium); Monday to Thursday 1:25pm to 9:05pm, Friday 12:35pm to 7pm

This Production Supervisor job will suit:

  • An experienced Team Leader or Supervisor who has worked within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Hands on in nature, comfortable working around precision machinery.
  • Target driven, good communication skills, organised in nature.
  • Flexible to work rotating shift patterns.
