  • Overview:
  • Henry Schein is going through a digital transformation, and we are currently redesigning our E-Commerce website. A vital part of the user experience is to ensure all our items have clear detailed product images in a consistent format and quality to enhance the buying experience. We are now looking for someone to own and manage the visual digital experience when it comes to product, stock photography.
  • Henry Schein UK Holdings Ltd.'s internal Design Studio are seeking an experienced Product Image Editor & Administrator to join their talented creative team, reporting to the Marketing Services Manager.
  • The contract will be a minimum guarantee of 6 months and upon review maybe be extended for a further 3 months or more dependent on business requirements.
  • The majority of this will be working with manufacturers or other EU Henry Schein entities to source images of dental & medical products, edit, enhance, and cut out in photoshop. Then load into our image database and publish to the web. The successful applicant will source the image from manufacturers, edit and prepare to load to our DAM.
  • The successful applicant will be working on Apple Mac computers, to produce high quality photography for use on our Web platforms and for use in our promotional marketing materials for a variety of brands within the healthcare sector.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • The role holder will be expected to be responsible for the following:
  • Build relationships with Suppliers to source product content.
  • Work with other EU Henry Schein companies to cross check their image database
  • Create and maintain a style guide at category level to create consistency with the online and print materials.
  • Support the Supplier chargeback process, where we take product from our own inventory.
  • Maintain photo/video catalogue and archive
  • Experience with Product Photography a plus.
  • Edit and enhance images with Adobe suite is a must
  • Owner of the upload process, so images appear online and within our CMS and DAM.
  • Owner of Imaging Enhancement Project, along with any necessary reporting, to keep management and senior managers up to date of Image population progression.
  • Hybrid working needs to be able to travel to Gillingham Headquarters 3 days a week.
  • Job Skills & Experience Required:
  • To succeed in this role, you'll need the following:
  • Skill & Experience:
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Lightroom, Photoshop.
  • Confident in using Microsoft 365 products, Excel, Outlook, Word & PowerPoint
  • Retouching (dust/scratch removal, colour changes, compositing, clipping, object removal)
  • Knowledgeable in file types, colour spaces, and best practices for both print and digital
  • Collaborates with Design, Product Data team, Marketing, and internal teams.
  • Keeps equipment up to date, organized, and maintained.
  • Oversees brand standards, image quality
  • Comfortable with short deadlines and a high production output
  • May be required to attend Events & Seminars
