We are recruiting for a Clinical Lead for a BRAND NEW, state of the art Nursing Home, based in Wigan.

This role is role is a Monday to Friday role mainly, with shift cover when required.

We are looking for Clinical lead (RGN, RMN or RNLD) to join the clinical team in delivering the highest standard of Nursing care to residents within this state-of-the-art Nursing Home.

This home is ideally placed and is very close to local amenities and is very close to transport links.

This Clinical Lead role, your tasks will include, but not restricted too:

Responsibility for ensuring the highest standards of person

- centred care are always delivered.

Ensuring that the electronic care system has comprehensive, individualised care plans in place which are regularly reviewed and evaluated in accordance with NMC and company policy
Administering medication, surgical dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and the management of chronic medical conditions.
Assist and deal with preplanned treatments of patients and emergency situations
Observing and carrying out appropriate handovers to ensure the detail and accuracy of resident information being provided.
Be responsible for leading and supervising the care team and offering support and guidance particularly in relation to the induction and mentoring of new staff.
Registered General Nurse (RGN), Registered Mental health Nurse (RNM) or Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD) with a Valid NMC Pin
Experienced in working with the Elderly, people living with Dementia in a home or wardbased setting
Someone who is passionate in delivering person centred care
Knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations and the legislative and regulatory framework.
