Sutton Coldfield, B72, West Midlands

Salary:
£25,000- £30,000 per annum (DOE)

09:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday)

The Company:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a local family owned, well established Insurance Brokers.

Due to continued growth in the business they now have a position for an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join their small friendly team, offering a great place to further your experience and career.

Our client is part of the UK's largest Broker network and also developing a strategic partnership that will grow the existing company, they have exciting times ahead of themselves.

Responsibilities:

Working on new business, renewals and day to day adjustments
Customer service/client management liaising with both clients and other insurers
Entering all data onto the Acturis back office system keeping accurate records etc
All other general admin required by the role

Technical Knowledge / Qualifications:

Previous experience within Commercial Insurance is Essential
Previous experience using Acturis software is Essential
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Customer Service
Experience in New Business Renewals
Knowledge of Current Insurance Market
Insurance Qualifications are desirable
