Our client, an innovative, fast paced, and growing organisation, are looking for a
strategic HR BP to join their team to challenge people operations and to create new, more efficient, and inclusive ways of working.


Partnering with the central office functions to deliver fully generalist people support, but with impact and influence across the wider nationally based business locations, you will report into the HR Director.

Working closely with her, as
strategic HR BP you will translate the people agenda into clear, concise strategy giving you ownership of delivering key workstreams.

Current project areas requiring your attention are (but not limited to):

  • Recruitment and retention
  • you will engage with all partner organisations to understand their recruitment and retention challenges and devise strategies to impact positively and help them win the war on talent.
  • DE&I to research and translate best practice DE&I policy into actionable, meaningful behavioural change and conversations, and engagement events and activities and then engage partner organisations in delivery of these.
  • Engagement translate engagement survey trends into insight, and action these to show commitment to the highly engaged business community that this continues to be a great place to work, and why.
  • People Operations engage, empower, and evolve the already excellent people operations team into a bestinclass team showing passion and pride in delivering a seamless, right first time HR operations support function.


Working alongside a Deputy Director of HR, and a Pay, Reward and Policy specialist you will build a future proof HR strategy and deliver this throughout the organisation.

The team are there to fully support you as you learn your new role and integrate intoyour new employer. The role is hybrid with two
- or three-days pw on site in Peterborough, or travelling to any one of the current 91 UK locations with at least two days from home per week.
