If you are a passionate, patient and creative Teacher, Tutor or TA with teaching qualifications and experience with SEN learners, we want to hear from you All of our roles work 1:1 with our students often in the students home or in a local library.

1st With Education is an Alternative Education Provider working with young people all across Essex.

We put the pupil first, and offer a wide variety of support for the children we work with; including re-engagement & re-integration, working with students from KS1 through to Post 16.

As an Outreach Tutor, you will be expected to adapt your approach to the individual you are working with, and have the ability to quickly develop rapport with children and young people in order to support them in a way that works for them, and allows them to achieve their potential.

You will need to have an excellent understanding of SEND, have strong behaviour management skills and be proactive.

Your role will involve tutoring and supporting children and ensuring that information is retained before the end of each session.
