Team Leader Responsibilities:

Develop an inspiring team atmosphere and environment with an open communication culture.
Set clear, achievable and desirable team goals.
Delegate appropriately and set deadlines.
Oversee the daytoday production.
Monitoring team performance and production rates, composing reports.
Motivating team members, remaining determined and reliable through all periods.
Identify training needs and schedule for relevant training to be provided.
Listening to team members' feedback, resolving issues or conflicts.
Recognising times of high performance and strong work ethics.
Previous experience working as a team leader or in a similar role such as supervisor.
Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Organizational and timemanagement skills
Decisionmaking skills
