Yolk Recruitment is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Facilities Executive to join the UK's fastest growing tech driven on-demand mobility service.

As Office Facilities Executive, this is a front-of-house role where you will be key in welcoming and representing our organisation not only in regard to our

Head Office:
Centre of Excellence in Cardiff, but also at external events and meetings. You will also assist with day-to-day administrative duties collaborated within this role.


The Office Facilities Executive is a brand-new role so it's a very exciting time to join the business with the opportunity for you to shape the role.

What be you'll doing?


The Office Facilities Executive is a varied role and will require you to use initiative and think quickly in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Office Facilities Executive are not limited to but include.

  • Meeting & greeting all visitors and providing them with a first class and seamless journey.
  • To be responsible for the diary management; dealing with bookings, cancellations, and changes.
  • To be the key point of contact for all facility related issues e.g., IT, Maintenance etc.
  • To be the main organiser for all events & arranging appropriate catering.
  • To be the key point of contact for all Health and Safety matters and to make the required arrangements to address and rectify with relevant stakeholders.
  • General Office Management Duties.

What you'll bring to the team?


As an experience Office Facilities Executive, you will be passionate about delivering impeccable customer service and ensuring all clients receive a seamless journey.

You will be extremely conscientious about following about adhering to GDPR and ISO27001 Compliance and will lead by example.

You'll the bring the following qualities and skills to the role;

  • Experience in a similar role of customerled coordination, management, and planning
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, with fantastic organisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility
  • Strong work ethic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Time Management
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment.
