We are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join our Accounts Department located in Braunston near Daventry/Rugby.
As part of this small team it is essential that you have a flexible and adaptable approach to this role and a can do approach is a must.
Essential skills and experience:
- Minimum of 2 years Sage/Quickbooks or equivalent Accounts package
- Organised and able to work under minimum supervision
- Reliable, trustworthy, flexible and team player
- Good communication skills and excellent telephone manner
- Ability to produce accurate high quality work to deadlines
- The jobholder is required to take responsibility and be accountable for ensuring all aspects of their role are fulfilled accurately and timely
- Recognise and escalate potential blockages that may affect the job role being fulfilled effectively
Duties may include:
- Purchase ledger (invoice entry)
- Sales ledger (producing delivery notes, sales invoices, updating ledgers)
- Processing service engineer job sheets including invoicing to customers
- Processing of customer payments
- Processing of employee expenses and receipts
- Producing employee personal mileage reports
- Monthly reconciliation of all courier and postage costs
- Distribution of customer monthly statements including chasing any outstanding payments
- Managing relationships with consumables suppliers including keeping their bespoke portals updated
- General filing, administration duties along with telephone support when required.

Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary:
£20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
