Description
We are looking for an Office & Sales Coordinator with a 'can do 'attitude. You will need to be proactive and prepared for all eventualities.

This is a perfect role for an individual with a warm and a lively personality who is happy to manage their own projects.


What we are looking for from you:

  • You will need to enjoy interacting with people, and be able to work under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and reading skills along with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Able to interpret data and share complex ideas both internally and externally
  • Be able to multi task and work to within given timescales and meet deadlines
  • Be flexible, hardworking and have a positive attitude towards tasks
  • Be keen and willing to learn
  • To explore new sales leads and be able to to close deals
  • Undertake sales and performance analysis to deliver optimum account performance, sales, margins and profitability
  • Work closely with the customer service team to maintain flawless customer service and account performance
  • Be willing to help other departments when necessary
- to be involved in admin duties

  • Maintaining good rapport with existing customer base and managing new customer inquiries
  • Making sure all product information is up to date and organised well

Skills, Experience and Personal Attributes:


  • Previous experience working within a busy office
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office skills and able to analyse large sets of data through excel
  • Strong communication, copywriting and interpersonal skills
  • Commercially aware with strong analytical expertise
  • Good at planning, prioritising, organising and multitasking
  • Selfstarter, driven, motivated and hardworking
  • Enthusiastic about ecommerce and online marketing and trade sales
