We are looking for an individual who can become a trusted recruitment partner to our brand new legal sector client, where the focus of the role will be on relationship building, recruitment delivery and providing value added project support around talent pooling, EVP and brand development.

You will need to have demonstrable experience of delivering end to end recruitment services in the legal sector, ideally at senior level, but definitely with experience of placing fee earners.

Your experience may have been gained within an agency or inhouse and you will be adept in developing key stakeholder relationships together with the technical sourcing skills and ability to proactively seek out the best talent in the marketplace.

The role will be based remotely, however there will be a requirement to travel to our clients' sites around the Cambridge, Peterborough and London area 4-5 times a month, therefore you will ideally live within a reasonable commutable distance of these locations.
