We are looking to recruit a forward thinking and innovative Senior Administrator for our Discharge Team, responsible for supporting the complex discharge of patients within the Acute trust hospital setting.


You will be required to liaise and work closely with internal and external partners and clinical experts across the health and social care system to ensure excellent and seamless administration support for the care of patients requiring support on discharge, leading on delayed transfers of care.
