I am pleased to work with a global law firm in their search for a Senior Pitch Executive to join their London office.

My client firm is proud to embrace a truly integrated culture among its offices internationally by having a 'one firm' approach.

They have offices in the Americas, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, with particularly strong presence in London, Hong Kong and New York.

They have deep experience across different sectors, including the global financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting EMEA lawyers by managing panel and transactional bid proposals to produce relevant materials for client opportunities.
Assisting the wider business development and marketing teams to engage in new business opportunities.
Being responsible for the drafting and production of presentation and proposals as part of the whole bid process.
Leading key bid planning meetings to work on the strategic practices of the bid management plan.
Maintaining the proposal content repositories by assisting the wider team in order to develop the proposal documents.

About you:

Strong experience working in business development, particularly on bids/proposals/pitches and presentations.
Excellent management skills.
Experience working within the legal sector and wider professional services.
Being able to work on strict deadline to meet client needs.
IT proficiency with excellent skills in research, writing and analysis.
