Liquid are recruiting for a
Sales Negotiator to work out of our offices in
St. Pancras in London.

We are growing rapidly in the heathcare recruitment sector and looking for new sales negotiators, sales agent, sales consultants to come and join us, initially out of our Luton office situated 2 minutes walk from Kings Cross / St Pancras and 5 minutes walk from Euston in early April.

We are looking money motivate indviduals who have significant earning potential with unlimited commission earnings on top of a good basic salary

On target earnings for year 1 is in excess of £60,000+ and £90,000+ from year 2.

If you are a well organised, money motivated, confident induvidual, that has a sales background of at least 2 years and a proven track record of beating targets then this role could offer great progression opportunities.

The role:


Must haves:

• Highly confident, but not arrogant.
• Money motivated. The role will involve additional earning opportunity through commission based on sales. We are looking for people who are naturally motivated by money as they have a tendency of making the most or of each deal.
• Naturally able to bargain / negotiate.
• Has a minimum of 2 years sales experience and understands and uses closing techniques to close sales.
• Be able to solve problems (will need to pass our online assessment with a high score). This demonstrates their ability to successfully overcome objections, which assist in closing sales.
• Good competency in English verbal and written.
• Inquisitive nature. The person must ask a lot of questions
• Ability to work in a team with other Sales Negotiators
• Well organised

Salary:

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum + unlimited commission

On Target Earnings;
year 1 - £60,000

Year 2 - £90,000
