We are looking for an experienced, dedicated and person-oriented care worker to join our small and dynamic family.

You will work as part of our care team at the Home to provide and maintain professional standards of care and the best service to the individuals, enabling them to have a good quality of life.

RESPONSIBILITES _(include but not limited to)_:

Assisting individuals with all aspects of daily living activities.
Being fully involved in therapeutic and diversional activities with individuals.
Ensuring effective communication with individuals, relatives, visitors, staff and others.
Observing and reporting any changes in the individual's health and well being.
Recording information relating to individuals and/or data collection.
Promoting individual's involvement in all aspects of care.
Attending to and assist with any laundry, cleaning and tidying of the premises.
Adhering to all of the Home's policies and procedures.
Participating in supervisory, personal and professional development, training and education initiatives to ensure continued effectiveness within the Home.
Attending staff meetings and review meetings.
