Role Overview
Based in Andoversford, Astor-Bannerman manufactures, supplies, installs and services specialist bathing and lifting systems for the disabled and elderly.

We have a 25-year track record as a market leader in our field and we have the ambition to grow.


The Customer Service Admin Support Team are responsible for providing best in class service to both our internal and external customers, this is a multifaceted role within the team, which facilitates several operations within the organisation from installation through to service and repair.


Main functions and responsibilities

  • Answering inbound calls in a timely manner, fielding calls, and forwarding as appropriate.
  • Within reason, taking ownership of inbound queries and facilitating a resolution.
  • Arranging appointments primarily for installation of equipment, with a range of clients, including private customers, builders, and care homes.
  • Managing 'count down' to installation, including booking of engineers, raising purchase orders, and the delivery of equipment.
  • Management of Service Engineer documentation.
  • Respond to questions and requests for information.
  • Work closely with various colleagues/departments throughout the business.
  • Raising pick lists, delivery notes, and other documentation in support of the stores and other departments.
  • Liaising with 3rd party subcontractors.
  • Supporting the whole customer service department to ensure all KPI's and SLA's are met.
  • Various other duties

  • Strong working relationship with all the staff.

£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
