Description
We're The Dispute Service (TDS) and we operate the leading and longest serving deposit protection schemes in the UK.

We're passionate about providing letting agents, landlords and tenants with rental deposit protection, and we provide free resolution services should issues arise.


This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic Resolution team who are dedicated to providing fair and impartial dispute resolution.

Reporting to the Lead Resolution Executive, you will assist in the day-to-day administration of deposit disputes.


This is a varied and exciting role and requires a positive, flexible, and hardworking person able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously and make decisions about the future progress of disputes.

This is a 6-month fixed term contract opportunity.

On top of the salary you will also get £150 cost of living supplement that is paid monthly


What you'll do

  • Work independently and with other colleagues to progress cases in a timely manner.
  • Data entry

What you'll bring

  • A strong sense of initiative and personal leadership with the ability to function independently and to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is priority.
  • A flexible attitude is essential.
  • Previous experience in administration.

Where you'll work
Based in Hemel Hempstead in lovely modern office space with onsite parking available. Flexible working with currently 2 days a week in the office and the rest working remotely.

£21,935.00 per year
