Role Overview
Savills are looking for a talented Junior Designer to champion creative best practice and deliver fresh ideas in response to creative briefs for both internal and external clients.
You will devise the concepts for both Marketing campaigns and BAU assets, and implement the creative across digital, animation and print assets for multiple channels, agnostic of business and service line.
You'll get to showcase your creativity by coming up with concepts that visually bring to life Savills Marketing campaigns, client requirements and driving Savills forward digitally.
Advising on the best solutions for the business and educating the business, including the Marketing teams, on the current trends within the wider industries.
You will collaborate with the Senior Designers in pushing creative boundaries and evolving the skill set of the team.Key Responsibilities
- Be a guardian of the Savills brand to bring greater consistency and improve the quality of our creative output
- 23 years experience in either inhouse or agency teams
- An excellent eye for detail and good proofreading skills.
- Organisation and communications skills key
- Ability to work on multiple projects from concept to delivery
- Strong attention to detail
- Imagination, enthusiasm, flexibility.
- Take ownership of your development and ensuring your skill set remains at the forefront, be hungry, curious and eager to continuously improve
- Be collaborative and open to ideas
Key Skills
- Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Powerpoint and After Effects
- Motion graphics, Ceros & animation experience advantageous
- Knowledge and experience of using the full Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
Team Overview
You will be joining a growing team of 80+ marketing professionals at an exciting moment in Savills 167 year history as we evolve as a marketing team and brand to support the next chapter of the business's growth agenda under the leadership of Victoria Bennett, Head of Brand and Marketing.
The Creative Services team, under Sarah Curry consists of 9 creatives working across digital, branding, print and animation for the whole of the Savills UK business.
You will be based out of our head office at Margaret Street in London and offers some working from home.
