Local authority in the Leicestershire area are looking for a Compliance Officer to join their Asset Management team.

Purpose of the role:
To assist the Asset Management Team in all aspects of delivery of the Council's planned investment and capital programmes including

To support the Asset Management Team to comply with all compliance requirements eg, Prevention of Legionella, Fire Risk Assessments, Electrical inspections etc

Ensuring compliance with building industry regulations with regard to maintaining the Council's housing and Property Services stock

Ensuring the building and maintaining of effective relationships between the team, contractors, customers and stakeholders to ensure the efficient delivery of compliance repairs or remedial work:

This role will be mainly remote, with some visits to the offices depending on appointments.
Full Time
Initial three months likely to be ongoing

- £25 - £30 an hour
