Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control the operations of the control room.
- Respond to alarms and take appropriate action.
- Monitor and adjust system parameters to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate records of system operations.
- Booking Staffs on and off via our system
- Taking calls from clients to schedule staff to work
- Taking calls from staffs who may have issues on shift
- Creating rotas for venues and events on our system
- Perform regular maintenance and calibration of equipment.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure efficient operation of the control room.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and intergrity
- Good IT skills especially MS Excel and good communication skill
- Must have more than 2 years experience within the industry in similar role
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 48 per week
Salary:
£11.00-£12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Night shift
Supplemental pay types:

Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- the security industry: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:

Greater London:
Relocate before starting work (preferred)
