Sales Negotiator / Administrator
We are and independent Estate Agent based in Nottingham looking for a property Sales Negotiator / Administrator to work as part of the sales team.
You must have a positive and professional manner at all times as you will be liaising with clients, solicitors, surveyors and financial advisors so you can update both vendors and buyers.
Duties include:
- Progressing sales
- General administrative duties for the sales team
- Answering phones and taking messages
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure the timely delivery of the sales pipeline
- Working closely with external solicitors and relevant third parties to see through completions in a timely manner
- Maintaining regular contact with the vendor and purchaser
- Abiding by the codes of practice as set out by The Property Ombudsman
- Maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring systems are up to date
- Generate and attend viewings
- Generate market appraisals
- Carrying out any other administrative duties as required
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate:
- Excellent administration
- Full driving license and use of own car
- Experience in sales negotiation and / or progression (preferred)
- Ability to build rapport through effective influencing and negotiation skills
- Good organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
- Strong third party relationship management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good IT skills
- Conscientious and proactive in generating new business and maximising sales opportunities
- Well presented
Salary:
£18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nottingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
