My client are a global supplier of software packages and delivery of quality training courses with clients across fields such as, quantitate and qualitive research, finance, political and social science.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Delivery of outstanding customer service
- Support with internal and overseas communications
- CRM and database management
- Report running
- Assisting the Sales Director with copywriting, sales presentations and customer meetings
- Support with the admin processes
- Advising the clients on the products and services and identifying areas where to add value
- Checking data accuracy for incoming purchase orders
- Contact clients regarding missing information
- Chase invoices
- Report running
- Assist in managing the renewal
- General administration tasks
Key Skills & Experience
- Must have strong interpersonal and phone skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- High level attention to detail
- Highly numerate
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- CRM experience
- Degree qualified
