We are now looking for a Process Trainer to join our Training and Compliance team at our Contract Logistics Site in Lutterworth, Leicestershire.

The role is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, highly automated environment within a rapidly growing business and sector.

Role Description:

Support the creation, review and adaptation of Site Safe Operating Procedures.
Delivering training of a full suite of approved Safe Operating Procedures and induction packages.
Support the control and daily management of the site training matrix.
Assist in the training of all on site Process Champions.
Perform normal operation duties when required outside of training needs.
Coordinate with managers and or team leaders to organise training schedules in line with the business needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience with general warehouse work and activities.
Experience with warehouse equipment (Essential).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 programs.

Package Details:

Salary: £23,000 £25,000.
Company Pension Scheme.
20 Days Annual Leave Per Annum + Bank Holidays increasing with service.
Company Sick Pay.
On Site Parking.

The working hours for this role are Mon - Fri (40 Hours) based at our Lutterworth site.
