Description

We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant within our Health Care division.

Working alongside our team, you will be playing a key role in placing health care assistant vacancies by managing the process from end to end as a 360 consultant.

What you can expect to do in the role:

Full 360 recruitment role
Take responsibility to develop and grow the desk through new business sales.
Have ownership of key accounts to manage and develop.
Write and tailor advertisements specific to your clients' needs.

What we want to see from you:

Experience of working in a face to face or telephone sales environment
Strong track record of achieving/exceeding KPIs/Targets
Ability to quickly build rapport with customers/clients both over the phone and face to face.
Selfmotivated, enthusiastic with high levels of resilience and selfmotivation
Enjoy working in a fastpaced and changeable environment.
Previous recruitment experience (desirable but not essential)

Salary:

- £28,000 - £30,000 Base salary
