We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant within our Health Care division.Working alongside our team, you will be playing a key role in placing health care assistant vacancies by managing the process from end to end as a 360 consultant.
What you can expect to do in the role:- Full 360 recruitment role
- Take responsibility to develop and grow the desk through new business sales.
- Have ownership of key accounts to manage and develop.
- Write and tailor advertisements specific to your clients' needs.
What we want to see from you:
- Experience of working in a face to face or telephone sales environment
- Strong track record of achieving/exceeding KPIs/Targets
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers/clients both over the phone and face to face.
- Selfmotivated, enthusiastic with high levels of resilience and selfmotivation
- Enjoy working in a fastpaced and changeable environment.
- Previous recruitment experience (desirable but not essential)
Salary:
- £28,000 - £30,000 Base salary
- Bonus Scheme
- Hybrid Working
