Based in Birmingham

Paying up to £48k


The LHH HR team are working with a non profit organisation that are looking for an experienced HR Systems Manager to join their team based in Birmingham.

You will be experienced in managing and influencing stakeholders across a variety of levels to evolvesystems, data and processes. Strong relationship building, ability to lead a team of Analysts and support are vital attributes.

Being a hybrid role this is a great opportunity have autonomy in your role and where you can have a direct impact in the day today HR Systems (iTrent) function.

What you will be doing?

  • Work in line with business strategic objectives, to proactively support the development of the business and its people within area of responsibility
  • Providing proactive support in driving change, ensuring People systems and processes are used successfully across the organisation including management and delivery of system upgrades and maintenance, providing reliable systems guidance.
  • Responsibility for the provision of Management Information reports from People systems including Business Objects and other key reporting tools.
  • Developing a suite of Management Information reports, analysing data and making recommendations to facilitate data driven decisions across the organisation.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers to ensure all contractual obligations are met and service levels are adhered to
  • Monitor, manage and improve, in conjunction with managers, the KPI's and metrics for their area of responsibility.
What we are looking for?

  • Degree level education or equivalent, CIPD or MCIPD
  • Experience using iTrent essential.
  • Experienced HR Business Partner, with the confidence to deal with difficult stakeholders and push back.
  • Good Knowledge of UK employment legislation, payroll and administration.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and business partnering.
  • Delivery to deadlines and data management and reporting.
  • Resourcing planning and partnering with internal hiring team.
  • Ability to Influencing and driving the HR People plan with measured outcomes.
  • Ability to work proactively across the business and HR function with mínimal intervention.
