We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated classroom assistant to join the team and work on a 1:1 basis with specific children.

This role is pupil specific and therefore temporary.

John of Gaunt Infant School is part of Aylsham Learning Federation. This exciting and innovative Federation supports the learning of children from nursery through to year 11.

All schools are members of The Aylsham Cluster Trust, which along with other cluster schools, is focused on raising standards and improving the quality of life for our children and their families.

We are looking for classroom assistants who:

  • Genuinely enjoy working with children
  • Are happy to work as part of a team
  • Can use their own initiative to ensure a job is completed to a high standard
  • May have some experience of working with challenging behaviour and SEND
