THE ROLE:


We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join on a 12-month fixed term maternity cover contract to take ownership of the entire recruitment process for junior to mid-level roles within our Corporate and Distribution businesses.


As a passionate advocate for Diversity & Inclusion, you will also ensure our hiring practices uphold and reflect our values and ongoing commitment to diversity.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the endtoend recruitment process for your roles including:

  • Ad Writing: Creating compelling and compliant copy for all roles, ensuring alignment with BBCS Brand and values.

Sourcing:Searching for and engaging with active and passive talent, utilising search tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, as well as own network.

Interviews:Defining and overseeing the interview process, ensuring all processes are consistent and equitable.

Offer:Lead the offer delivery process, handling all negotiations, utilising market insights to provide advice on total reward.

Onboarding: Ensures a smooth transition from recruitment to the relevant onboarding teams.

  • Fully immerse yourself within our business and industry to become a trusted and valued partner to your hiring managers, demonstrating a consultative style that provides a highlevel of support.
  • Partner with internal DEI function and 3rd party DEI partners as part of BBCS' ongoing commitment.
  • Track and monitor your recruitment activity against key metrics.
  • Ensure compliance of hiring practices with legislation.
  • Work closely with HR business partners, keeping them updated on hiring activity in their businesses.
  • Remain up to date on TA industry trends, attend external networking events conferences, sharing learnings back to the team.
  • Participation in TA projects: e.g. Success Factors integration, running Internal & External recruitment fairs, Early Careers initiatives, HM interview training, Employer Branding etc.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE?:

Minimum criteria

  • Highly proficient at using LinkedIn as a recruitment tool.
  • Being able to effectively consult, negotiate, and influence at a peer2peer level.
  • Adept at leveraging data and insights to inform decisions, and comfortable utilising reporting and recruitment metrics to understand workload, performance and effectiveness of recruitment activity.
Other key criteria

  • Working technical knowledge of applicant tracking systems, CRM tools and HRIS'.
  • Knowledge of legislation and regulations surrounding recruitment and selection practices.
  • Strong consultative, service orientation with the ability to establish credibility and trust and develop positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Proven analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Demonstrated organisation skills and ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a highpressure environment.
  • Teamoriented and skilled at working within a collaborative environment.
  • An appreciation of the high standards expected and trust required when working with a high profile brand.
  • A passionate advocate for Diversity & Inclusion, not only in how it relates to Talent Acquisition, but to the wider business/industry.
