    Head of Product Development

    An ideal candidate for this role will have at least five years of commercial experience and a proven track record in product development.

    About the Role:

    • The Head of Product Development will work closely with the Commercial Director to shape the company's product development roadmap and drive innovation in product markets.
    • This role will involve architecting and implementing effective, scalable product development processes based on an Agile approach.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Owning a product roadmap and driving its execution.
    • Expertly coaching team members to achieve their full potential.
    • Crafting clear and detailed deliverables and communicating them across various audiences.
    • Articulating the product value proposition to key stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • Leadership experience with a history of owning a product roadmap.
    • Expert-level knowledge of Agile product management methodologies.
    • Strategic, creative, and people-centered approach to problem-solving.
    • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
