Operating as a key member of the technology and transformation function, we're looking for a
Change Manager to drive the successful realisation of SThree's group wide, multi work stream change agenda, ensuring key strategic programmes aresuccessful through robust change management strategies, tools and communication.

As our new Change Manager you'll work on on our ground-breaking Transformation Programme, collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive adoption of the change management process, including the relevant tools and frameworks to deliver desired outcomes andact as trusted advisor during the development and execution of change


Responsibilities include:


  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of a consolidated portfolio of methodologies, processes, tools and resources needed to realise the change programmes
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of change related communications and training
  • Establish, develop and nurture a user group of 'early adopters' and change managers across the matrix environment
  • Effectively lead and drive change management plans across the portfolio, taking responsibility for their overall integrity and coherence
  • Act as a partner to the business/project teams, creating change management strategy and plans which support programme delivery, realise benefits and outcomes and embed change effectively
  • Identify and manage the various programme interdependencies and interfaces, operating as part of a wider Change Management team and community
  • Identify and define the measures required to track the readiness, impact and benefits of relevant change initiatives within the strategic portfolio of programmes and monitor progress
  • Focus on embedding a culture of business transformation and the successful delivery of change management strategy, plan and deliverables identifying issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
  • Build and establish a community to facilitate cross functional team communication, knowledge transfer, share best practise, accelerate expertise and create opportunities for innovation
  • Establish a knowledge centre to capture best practise, lessons learnt and reduce inefficiencies

We are looking for a Change Manager who is:

  • Able to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible, agile and able to work with ambiguity in a demanding, fastpaced and rapidly changing environment
  • Tenacious in approach and personally resilient
  • Forward looking with a holistic approach, able to spot patterns, dependencies and themes
  • Well organised, with strong project management skills
  • Confident problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Confident to work effectively at all levels of an organisation
  • A team player able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • A willingness and desire to learn new techniques and acquire new knowledge in order to continuously improve change management approaches
  • Digitally savvy [experienced in collaborative tools]

KNOWLEDGE

  • Solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Expert in the use of change management principles, methodologies, processes and tools
  • Familiar with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with largescale organisational change efforts
  • Proven track record of successfully formulating and delivering people change plans in a global and crossfunctional/matrix environment with a range of stakeholders
  • Experience of developing best practice frameworks
