Job Purpose
ICE Data Services Europe Limited is looking for a Product Specialist, BIP.

This role is involved with k eeping databases up-to-date and providing customers with various financial products, ranging from digital feeds to printed publications and newspaper shares pages.

Responsibilities

Maintaining and updating clients databases to ensure most recent changes are represented in upcoming feeds
Creation of various print financial products
Working evening shifts to provide data feeds and pageready products to customers
A ssisting and supporting others within the department as necessary

Knowledge and Experience

Comfortable with Microsoft Office packages as well as importing data

- into other packages

Familiarity with proofing and checking data before delivering to clients
Desktop Publishing experience a plus, but not essential as training will be given
Exceptional eye for detail
Good PC skills including Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel
Good communication skills and team player
Ability and willingness to adapt to a changing environment and changing requirements
Able to work under ones own initiative and meet strict deadlines

Schedule
This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week.
