The Role and Responsibilites
This is an exciting opportunity for the right person looking to pursue a career in IT. This is an entry level role, giving exposure to all aspects of IT Service Delivery within a busy team.

This role is fully office based with some flexibility to work from home occasionally where cover allows.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Carrying out all aspects of personnel change including but not limited to New Starters and Leavers.
  • Ensuring that the asset management module in TOPdesk is kept up to date, including but not limited to Laptops and iPhones.
  • Auditing and managing licensed software and portals.
  • Provisioning laptops and iPhones as required.
  • Purchasing of IT equipment
  • Creating and maintaining team procedures and documentation.
  • Other admin duties as required.
  • Supporting colleagues and the department as required.
  • Any other duties as reasonably requested by the Service Delivery Manager

Other Responsibilities


You will be working as part of the Service Delivery Team and as such you will be required to cover team other team members in times of absence.

A flexible working attitude is essential to ensure that the business is supported to the highest standard at all times.
