Property Shop is an exciting and innovative multi branch independent Estate Agent in East Lancashire.

We are currently going through a strong period of growth, making this an exciting time to join.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and positive, CAN DO Lettings Negotiator to join our expanding property management team in our Accrington office.

Key Responsibilities:

Looking after a portfolio of properties and clients
Register potential tenants and arrange viewings
Being the first point of contact and go to person for all tenant enquiries
Dealing with any issues or concerns that may arise within the property and/or tenant
Scheduling works and property inspections
Raising works orders
Liaise with contractors
Management of tenancy contract and renewals
Updating the inhouse property management system and other systems
Liaising with the wider team and business

Skills Knowledge and Expertise:

Prior experience working within the property industry preferred
Prior knowledge of property functions and management preferred
Strong levels of customer service and prepared to go above and beyond
Cando attitude
Computer Literate

This is a great opportunity, and you will be joining a very professional and friendly organisation.

Full time 5 days a week 8.30am to 5.00pm with the occasional Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm.

Where you work a Saturday, you can choose to take a 1⁄2 a day off in the week or be paid overtime.

Competitive salary - discussed at interview.
